2 Chronicles 36:23 כה Thus אמר saith כורשׁ Cyrus מלך king פרס of Persia, כל All ממלכות the kingdoms הארץ of the earth נתן given לי יהוה hath the LORD אלהי God השׁמים of heaven והוא me; and he פקד hath charged עלי hath charged לבנות me to build לו בית him a house בירושׁלם in Jerusalem, אשׁר which ביהודה in Judah. מי Who בכם מכל among you of all עמו his people? יהוה The LORD אלהיו his God עמו with ויעל׃ him, and let him go up.
